Manager, Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

5–7 years in Process Excellence, CI, BPM, OPEX, or Shared Services roles., Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt required; familiarity with BPM and Signavio is a strong asset., Experience leading improvement projects and partnering across complex, cross‑functional environments., Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills., Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders, Experience in change management, digital enablement, or process intelligence tools (process mining, modelling) is an advantage., Full professional proficiency in English is a must; Polish is an asset
