Educational Background: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field., Professional Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Brand Management, preferably within the FMCG sector (experience with food or premium brands is a significant plus)., Strategic Brand Mastery: Proven track record of developing and executing successful 360° integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and consumer engagement., Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to translate market data (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, GfK) and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies., Project Leadership: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and external agencies in a fast-paced environment., Creative Judgment: A keen eye for aesthetics and high-quality creative work, ensuring all brand assets align with Magnum’s premium positioning., Financial Acumen: Experience in managing A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budgets and a solid understanding of P&L drivers., Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (working in an international environment) and the local language., Passion for Indulgence: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a deep passion for the brand and a commitment to excellence in every detail., Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of the digital landscape, social media trends, and influencer marketing.
