Why This Role?

As our Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you’ll work with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to co-develop and scale strategic go-to-market initiatives that drive adoption of Nexi’s solutions among SMEs. You’ll be the bridge between product, marketing, and partnerships – turning joint plans into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute joint GTM strategies and integrated partner campaigns (digital, content, events, webinars, social)
  • Own the partner marketing lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, enablement, nurturing, MDF, reporting
  • Create impactful sales enablement assets: playbooks, decks, case studies, battlecards
  • Deliver and host local partner events and build vibrant partner communities
  • Collaborate with Product and Central Marketing teams to localise offers and gather market insights
  • Use CRM and marketing automation tools to optimise campaigns and generate pipeline
  • Manage local budgets and agency relationships to ensure high-quality execution

What You Bring

  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally with software vendors, ISVs or SaaS partners
  • Hands-on experience with CRM / automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Strong campaign analytics mindset and project ownership
  • Fluency in English and German

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in cloud or ecosystem-based marketing (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud)
  • Familiarity with payments, fintech, or SME marketing
  • Track record of organising partner events and managing MDF/co-funded programmes
  • Knowledge of GDPR and EU marketing compliance
