Mechatronics Technician

Responsabilities:

• Repair and maintenance of specialized mostly remote-controlled equipment (Milling, Drilling, Rolling, EDM, Bolting etc.)
• Commissioning and testing of new designed equipment
• Support of Product/Development Engineers in the testing phases of new equipment e.g., parameter development
• Installation of software on computers and control units with the setup of network connections
• Operating of specialized equipment on-site in Nuclear Power plants worldwide
• Manufacturing or modification of equipment parts (Electrical or mechanical)
• Assembling of equipment
• Cross-departmental and transnational work

Experience of successful candidate:

• Experience: Min. 5 years of experience
• Skilled Worker/Technician (Facharbeiter) - Preferred Mechatronics Technician (Mechatroniker) or industrial mechanic (Industriemechaniker), tool maker (Werkzeugmacher), E-Tech (Elektriker) or similar education
• German in speaking and writing (mother tongue or C2-Level)
• English in speaking and writing (min. A2, B1 is preferred)
• Basic knowledge of computers and networks
• Technically gifted
• Problem Solving
• NDE Certifications (VT, UT, PT, ET etc.) is a welcome surplus
• Open communications / teamwork
