Mid-Level Business Analyst

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure project success
Develop comprehensive business analysis and solution concepts, including business architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliver tailored solutions
Utilize project management methodologies to ensure efficient execution of initiatives
Work within Agile frameworks to rapidly adapt to evolving project needs
Leverage tools like JIRA and MS Excel to track progress and generate actionable insights
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment and clarity
Maintain a meticulous and high-quality approach to all deliverables

At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or related fields
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices
Proficiency in creating business analysis documentation and developing solution concepts
Experience with JIRA and MS Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environments
Good command of Polish language, with communicative skills in English
