Mid/Senior Python Engineer (AI & Automation)

We’re looking for a skilled Python Engineer (Mid or Senior level) to join a global technology company that helps enterprise clients modernize their IT and cloud operations.You’ll become part of a small, cross-functional team focused on improving service delivery through automation and smart data solutions. The role offers a mix of software engineering and AI integration, with real impact on how the company optimizes internal processes worldwide.Key responsibilitiesBuild scalable Python applications, automations, and microservicesDesign and optimize SQL queries (experience with Snowflake is a strong plus)Develop and maintain MCP infrastructure for agentic AI workflowsImplement LLM-based agents for automation, reporting, and decision supportCreate RAG pipelines using vector databases and search systemsIntegrate AI models and external APIs into enterprise workflowsAutomate reporting and data transformation using Python and AI toolsCollaborate with global stakeholders (PL, UK, US, India) to deliver production-ready solutionsIdeal candidate profile5+ years of hands-on experience with Python (4+ may also be considered)Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake is an advantageSolid experience with FastAPI, microservices, and API developmentUnderstanding of LLMs, AI agent architectures, RAG pipelines, and vector databasesExperience integrating AI or automation in production environmentsExcellent English skills and confidence in a multinational settingStrong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and independent working style nice to have:Familiarity with MCP (Model Control Protocol) or A2A orchestration toolsExperience with (Azure) OpenAI integrationsUnderstanding of compliance and data privacy aspects in AI systemsPortfolio or GitHub with AI/LLM-related side projectsConditionsWork model: Remote with monthly visits to GdańskSalary: 130 - 165 PLN net/hEmployment type: B2BContract: 3–6 months (possible extension or next project)Benefits: medical care, life insurance, trainings, Multisport cardRecruitment stepsScreening call (20 min.)Meeting with Client's team  (2 meetings)Decision and feedback
