Model Risk Analyst

IndiviSupporting testing execution and data/evidence management;
Analyzing and decomposing model functionality to assess output against requirements;
Maintaining testing evidence records, dashboards, and issue trackers;
Performing data quality and integrity analysis for model data inputs through applied data analytics;
Assisting model design improvements relative to industry standards and best-practices;
Participating in other team initiatives such as model risk training.

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in computer science (or relevant field);
Demonstrated programming skills in languages such as Python, R, SQL for data modeling;
Experience in data analysis techniques and metrics; knowledge of relational database technologies using SQL is a plus;
Working knowledge with Python, R, SQL, or low/no-code/LLM tools for data modeling and/or large-scale data analysis projects;
Strong writing and experience briefing technical findings.
