MRO Materials & Processes Focal Point (f/m)

The purpose of the role is to provide indirect support for Safran Aircraft Engines customers and to develop and coordinate repair processes, with a focus on materials and special process analysis., We are looking for people "hands-on" on substantive issues as well as people who think out of the box., 3+ years’ experience with aerospace technical documentation (in MRO or manufacturing), Good understanding of aircraft engine structure and principles, Hands-on with aviation maintenance/service documentation, Master’s in a technical field, Experience as Customer Support, Repair, or Materials & Processes Engineer (or similar), Analytical mindset, high quality focus, ability to meet tight deadlines, Coordination and allocation of activities in collaboration with Customer Support Front Office, Planning and tracking of tasks, Use of basic project management/planning tools, English proficiency (B2), Teamwork, self-motivation, proactivity, and good decision-making, Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop, Familiarity with EMM, AMM, or similar OEM manuals, Visualization and reporting with Power BI and Power Automate (experience is a plus, willingness to learn required), Language: French
