This role requires strong knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)—including requirements analysis, design and documentation, implementation, verification, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will be skilled at applying best practices and leveraging native NetSuite functionalities to deliver efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.ResponsibilitiesExecute all phases of the SDLC: requirements analysis, solution design, documentation, implementation, testing/verification, and supportMaximize the use of native NetSuite features to build high‑quality, performant solutionsCollaborate closely with stakeholders and internal teams, leveraging existing implementation resources and senior leadership guidance to drive operational improvementsRequirementsStrong experience working with REST APIs, including developing custom APIs within NetSuiteAbility to troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize API performanceSolid expertise with SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteTalk, and SuiteCloud platform componentsProficiency using version control systems such as GitHub and tools such as SuiteCloud CLI and SDF for development and deploymentExperience with automated deployment of NetSuite objects, scripts, and configurationsProven ability to refactor and modernize legacy codebases (e.g., migrating from SuiteScript 1.0 to 2.0+)Deep understanding of Order‑to‑Cash processes and experience customizing/automating workflows in NetSuiteFamiliarity with major eCommerce platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, or MagentoNice to haveExtensive experience with Revenue Recognition processes and related automation to ensure compliance and operational accuracyFamiliarity with NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module, including revenue arrangements, revenue plans, and associated record types
