Due to our continuous growth and to strengthen our team, we are seeking an Operations Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Handling of all charter related operational issues
• Communication with our vessels, charterers, commercial managers and brokers
• Briefing & issuance of captain’s orders and appointment of agencies
• Arranging of bunker deliveries
• Voyage calculations and voyage orders
• Handling of vessels cargo and performance claims
• Cooperation with our Accounting team on the handling of hire statements and invoicing
• Handling insurance cases

Your profile

• A successfully completed training in shipping and relevant experience in the above-mentioned areas
• Good knowledge of the terms of all time and voyage charter party forms
• Good communication skills and an organizational talent
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Good command of MS Office
• Experience in Bulk operating is an advantage
