P&C Services Team Leader (Services for Germany)

lead P&C Germany team to ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements,, support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics,, supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities,, support solving problems and independently resolve first level escalations,, follow-up on the status of outstanding issues,, recruit competent new co-workers that will fit to the team with the required PA/PY profiles,, take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff knowledge, skills and competence,, be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading,, be a part of a work environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality.
