Payments Specialist

Location: Warsaw, hybridContract Type: 6 months initial contractUmowa o pracę tymczasową, up to 6300 zl gross/monthB2B up to 60zl net+vat/hourUmowa zlecenie up to 60zl gross/hourWe’re looking for an experienced Payments / Procure-to-Pay Specialist to support end-to-end payment processes across international entities in a shared services environment.What you’ll do:Execute vendor and employee payments (EU & US)Manage payment runs and handle urgent/manual paymentsCollaborate with Treasury, Procurement, and Finance teamsMaintain and validate vendor master dataResolve payment discrepancies and aged itemsSupport tools and process improvements (incl. SAP, Ariba, OCR)Ensure compliance with internal policies and sensitive payment processesWhat we’re looking for:2+ years in P2P / AP / PaymentsExperience in shared services environmentStrong knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA preferred)Good Excel skills; Power BI is a plusExperience with tools like Ariba, Concur, Workday is an advantageDetail-oriented with strong stakeholder collaboration skills
