About the ClientOur client is an international banking organization operating in a dynamic and people-focused environment. You will join a payroll team responsible for accurate and compliant payroll processing, supporting employees and internal stakeholders in Poland. The role offers strong development opportunities within a structured, supportive setup.The role is hybrid - 3 days from the Client's office in Warsaw. What you will do• Process monthly payroll data received from authorized stakeholders and ensure its accuracy• Manage end-to-end payroll calculations and prepare payment orders and fund transfer files• Handle deductions, including debt collectors’ deductions, in line with regulations• Prepare employee and company tax statements, income certificates, and required payroll documentation• Sign payroll-related documents within granted authorization limits• Support internal customers by answering payroll-related questions and resolving issues What we are looking for• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Payroll-related role• Very good knowledge of Polish payroll, labor law, social security, and tax regulations• Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written• Strong MS Office skills; experience with TETA and/or Workday is a strong plus• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education• Detail-oriented, well-organized team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work under time pressure Perks and benefits• Competitive salary with annual salary review and discretionary performance bonus• Comprehensive social benefits package, including private healthcare, pension scheme, multisport card, life insurance, holiday allowance, and family-friendly programs• Hybrid work model – work from a modern office and from home• Friendly, diverse, and supportive work environment with social initiatives and employee networks• Structured onboarding process and extensive training opportunities (Udemy, Degreed, and more)• Real influence on how work is done – openness to improvement ideas and continuous optimization Recruitment process• HR call• Interview with the hiring team• Final decision / feedback 👉 Sounds interesting?
