People Business Partner

2-5 years of relevant experience in large international organization (preferred SSC/BPO), excellent written and verbal English, university degree - HR Management faculty preferable, excellent understanding of the business context and the ability to move in an international environment, experience in building relationships and being a partner for the business in the HR field, experience in executing HR strategy and coaching effective leadership, very strong influencing skills, experience in driving change, knowledge and practical experience of delivering strategies around areas such as succession planning, talent management, engagement, retention and productivity, experience in supporting managers in people development, succession planning, project management experience, very good presentation and communication skills, can switch from operational support to strategic discussions, experience in Employer Relations/ knowledge of Polish labour law, ability to independently plan and carry out the tasks assigned
