People Operations Specialist – Nordic (focused on Global Mobility processes)

University degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience, and good knowledge of Swedish labor law and work environment regulations, Has experience of qualified HR work, preferably within international assignments, Has strong communication skills and can express themselves well in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing, Good knowledge in Swedish Social Security System, Occupational Pension, Tax and in the area of Migration to and from Sweden, General good knowledge on how Sweden work as a country, laws and regulations, Good knowledge about the area around our sites in Sweden, Have an experience from working in SAP (invoice handling), Responsible and proactive approach with solid communication skills, Ability to manage time effectively, organize and prioritize tasks independently, Positive, can-do mindset: collaborative, flexible, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow, Experience working with Microsoft Office packages and HCM systems, Ability to always maintain confidentiality, Has a strong sense of structure, Enjoys working with change and improvement initiatives, Can work both independently and as part of a team
