Anforderungen

Degree educated preferred; CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable., Previous experience working with a Core HR System, preferably Peoplesoft., Previous experience in a Shared Services environment, using a case management tool., Exceptional customer service skills with a professional telephone manner., High level of accuracy and attention to detail., Excellent written and verbal communication skills., Strong organisation and prioritisation skills., Proven ability to multitask., Strong interpersonal skills., Proficiency in PC/database skills, including Microsoft Office.
