Planning Manager

You'll be responsible for:

Managing exceptional safety, quality and compliance standards.Applying strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations.Championing inclusion, wellbeing and high-performing teams.Overseeing key assignments and strategic planning performance.Ensuring effective project and tender planning and scheduling.Supporting contract development and long-term business strategy.Promoting innovation, best practice and knowledge sharing.Building strong client and stakeholder relationships.

You'll need to have:

Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.Deep property
or infrastructure project management expertise.Strong commercial acumen with proven senior-stakeholder leadership.Knowledge of carbon and sustainability impacts on project delivery.
