Planning Specialist for Special Load Carrier – Truck and Component (M/K)

Zakres obowiązków Coordination of the development of component-specific special load carriers (SLT): plan and manage the development of SLTs for specific components, including technical approvals and ensuring compliance with quality requirements New and additional procurement of SLTs: independently organize the procurement of new and additional SLTs and calculate the required container circulation quantities to ensure stable supply Ensure SLT availability during series launch: proactively plan and coordinate with internal and external partners to guarantee SLT readiness for production start Design and commissioning of SLT modifications in ongoing series: develop concepts for SLT modifications, commission implementation, moderate project and supplier meetings, and coordinate measures for process improvement Contact person for operational operators: act as the central point of contact for all matters related to your SLT portfolio, providing advice and support for operational challenges Management of projects within the SLT concept: lead and implement projects such as framework purchase agreements or process optimizations to increase efficiency and reduce costs Wymagania Completed degree with a focus on logistics, production, or engineering, or a technical vocational qualification with further training as a technician or master craftsman Ideally, expertise in packaging planning, logistics planning, or container management processes Preferably experience in the development of special load carriers as well as knowledge in transport or container management; project management experience is desirable Strong analytical skills, implementation strength, and enjoyment of an independent work style Business-fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally Oferujemy Employment contract Sports card Private healthcare Bonus system Subsidized meals Subsidized studies Subsidized language courses Group life insurance Hybrid work In-house trainings
