Significant experience in running complex, cross-functional initiatives in a high-paced, multi-stakeholder environment (industrial/manufacturing strongly preferred)., Track record of establishing execution routines or governance that improved predictability, prioritization, and delivery outcomes at scale (e.g., transformation office, delivery excellence, enterprise execution, operational excellence programs with project content)., Solid command of structured delivery approaches (hybrid/traditional/agile) proven by outcomes; formal certification is welcomed but not the only indicator., Strong analytical capability paired with the confidence to challenge priorities and drive closure on decisions., Excellent stakeholder management: you can build authority through competence, not hierarchy; you negotiate, align, and hold people to commitments., Fluent English (C1) for daily work in an international setting., You are not a "template PM"-you operate like a business execution leader: you keep many moving parts aligned and make delivery inevitable., You simplify complexity into a few clear priorities, dependencies, and decision points., You're comfortable being the person who says: "We can do A or B now-doing both will break delivery.", You know how to create just enough structure to make teams faster and more reliable.
