PROJECT INFORMATION:Industry: BankingWork model: hybrid (3/week in Warsaw)Remuneration: up to 150 PLN/h netto + VAT (B2B)Summary: The Portfolio Oversight Management role focuses on effectively managing communications related to project oversight and ensuring alignment with stakeholders. The goal is to provide clear updates and support in the management of remediation efforts within the organization.Main Responsibilities:Execute the communication plan effectivelyDevelop communication materialsReview materials and action plansSupport management in assessing the progress of SREP EBA LOM remediationProvide stakeholder management and status updatesOffer oversight and control over project timelinesServe as the point of escalation for governance issuesImplement project management tools and methodsDeliver ad-hoc reporting supportManage funding needs and SIS processesProvide consolidated reportingKey Requirements:Proven experience in PMO oversight in bankingKnowledge of responsibilities outlined in the job descriptionStrong drive to achieve and flexibilityExcellent presentation and communication skills at a senior management levelMaster’s degreeNice to Have:Knowledge of Regulatory SREP EBA LOMBackground in credit risk managementUnderstanding of banking and data processes
