Join our Presales team and play a key role in winning new Cloud ACS customers. Help prospects understand the value of our cutting-edge device management platform, validate their use cases, and support successful deal closing from the very first interaction.Key responsibilitiesConduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with prospectsPrepare and manage Proof of Concepts and trial environmentsAnalyze customer requirements and align them with Cloud ACS capabilitiesAddress technical questions, including RFPs and security or architecture assessmentsCooperate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a smooth handover after contract signingRequirementsProactive, customer-oriented professional with experience in pre-sales or technical customer-facing rolesComfortable discussing technical requirements and engaging confidently with customersAbility to quickly learn complex technical productsBasic understanding of network protocolsStrong communication and presentation skillsFluency in English (verbal and written); second language (German - highly valued, Spanish, French, or Italian - a plus).What we offerOpportunity to work with a leading device management platform (Cloud ACS)Space to grow both vertically (Senior Presales) and horizontally (Customer Success, post-sales roles)Real exposure to global customers, including participation in international conferences and industry eventsCollaborative work environment with support from talented teamsFlexible working hours and a relaxed work atmosphere (no dress code, no open space)Professional development through training, conferences and knowledge sharingComprehensive benefits package, including medical care, Multisport card, onsite gym, and chillout spaceComfortable office amenities: well-stocked kitchen (including Good Lood ice cream 🍦), parking area, and bike room
