We use our individual skills to shape the future together.                   Responsibilities:Develop and implement a unified pricing framework and governance model across all markets, business lines, and customer segmentsProvide pricing expertise and support to key cross-country strategic initiativesDrive the scaling, harmonization, and continuous development of pricing capabilities across Customer Markets International (CMI)Introduce advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, segmentation techniques, and scenario based pricing simulationsUtilize pricing software for predictive modelling, tariff development, profit testing, and portfolio monitoringDesign and enhance pricing models supporting both current and future rating toolsLeverage historical performance data, market indicators, and customer insights to optimize pricing accuracy and profitabilityConduct ongoing portfolio assessments, including claims trend monitoring, to continuously improve corporate tariffsImplement proactive tariff adjustments based on evolving market conditions, portfolio results, and competitive dynamicsRequirements:University degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., mathematics, physics, IT, statistics); a specialization in Insurance Mathematics is an advantageMinimum 3 years of professional experience in Corporate insurance pricing or actuarial workProficiency in programming languages and analytical tools such as Databricks, SQL, R, PythonFamiliarity with dedicated pricing applications (e.g., Emblem, Radar, Earnix, or similar solutions)Initial experience with Azure Databricks or comparable cloud-based analytical platformsExperience in Pricing Modelling (e.g., GLM or similar methodologies)Strong team orientation and commitment to continuous learning and developmentExperience working in cross-country and cross-functional environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong stakeholder management capabilitiesExcellent command of the English languageWhat we offer:Stable employment based on an employment contractInteresting work in an international environmentWorking among professionals with many years of experience in insuranceFreedom to act - space for creating and implementing new solutionsGood atmosphere conducive to cooperationFlexible working hours and the possibility of partial remote workA cafeteria benefits system - you decide what you use
