Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist- CyberArk

We are looking for an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist- CyberArk to drive the onboarding of privileged accounts into our CyberArk platform across infrastructure, applications and cloud environments. In this role, you will act as the central coordinator between business/application teams, infrastructure teams and CyberArk engineers, ensuring a secure, compliant and efficient onboarding process.ResponsibilitiesAnalyse privileged accounts across infrastructure, applications and cloud, interpret scan results and identify onboarding gaps and prioritiesAdvise account owners on appropriate onboarding patterns and guide setup of AD groups, shared accounts and CyberArk safesCoordinate CyberArk engineers for implementation, configuration of connectors and plug-ins and onboarding deliveryManage task ownership, timelines and status tracking across multiple onboarding streamsOrchestrate testing, validation and sign-off with application, infrastructure and security stakeholdersPrepare documentation, runbooks and ensure smooth transition to BAU with the PAM Run TeamConduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to support and enable stakeholdersBenefitsMotivizer Benefits Platform to choose and manage all your benefits in one place. We have networking events, coding challenges, and company parties for different occasions.QualificationsCompleted studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification5+ years of IT consulting or similar experience integrating security requirements into IT solutionsStrong understanding of IAM concepts including Privileged Access Management (PAM)Hands-on experience with CyberArk (Vaults/Safes, PSM, CPM, connectors, plug-ins, policies)Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux account models and Active Directory / LDAPFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their privileged account modelsStrong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills in project/programme environmentsExcellent English and fluent Polish language skills, ability to run workshops and collaborate in cross-functional international teamsOpenness to work in a hybrid working model from our office in KatowiceAbout Riverland ReplyRiverland Reply is specialized in consulting end-to-end customer-oriented solutions and strategies.
