Process Development Engineer

Educated in an engineering subject to degree level, 5+ years’ experience of work in process engineering or lean manufacturing, Proven ability to optimise assembly processes and material handling, Hands-on experience on production line balancing and production efficiency calculation, Able to conceptualize assembly and automation methods and to understand interactions between components, processes and product performance, Experience in electrical testing of components will be a plus, Knowledge of quality tools (Ishikawa, 5W2H, 5Why, Pareto diagram), Very good spoken and written English, Able to deploy numerical, experimental and statistical problem-solving abilities
