Anforderungen

Bachelor’s degree, 5–10+ years of experience in procurement or relevant business roles, ideally within retail or FMCG., Strong understanding of:, Fleet management, leasing, insurance and vehicle servicing, Professional Services market dynamics, Proven experience in procurement processes, contract management and strategic negotiations., Experience working in multi‑market environments., Strong analytical skills, business‑oriented mindset and focus on cost optimisation., Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex supplier relationships., Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment., Excellent command of English (written and spoken)., Familiarity with AI‑supported procurement tools is an advantage., Ability to work remotely with availability to travel to Poznań/Warsaw as required.
