This team drive commercial performance through strategic vendor partnerships, robust contract management, and regulatory compliance.This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to make an immediate impact. You'll contribute to establishing best-practice procurement frameworks, enhance stakeholder engagement, and help drive the cultural shift toward procurement excellence across the organization What you'll do Assist in managing vendor onboarding processes and maintaining contract visibility across the organizationSupport the development and documentation of procurement procedures and vendor management policiesGather, organize, and analyse procurement data to support planning, monitoring, and reporting on external provider frameworksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standardsBuild and maintain positive, professional relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholdersContribute to the resolution of vendor-related issues and support continuous improvement initiativesAssist in tracking vendor performance and compliance metricsProvide administrative support to the procurement function, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentationSupport the implementation of new procurement tools and systemsContribute ideas and insights to enhance procurement processes and vendor relationshipsWho we're are looking for? Essential Qualities:Experience in a procurement role, with strong enthusiasm for procurement and vendor managementExcellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to work effectively across functions and with external partnersStrong written and verbal communication skillsSound analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience managing and organising commercial data in a business or marketing environmentUnderstanding of commercial principles and best practices in contract managementCollaborative, passionate, and energised by challengeIdeal Experience:Background in procurement, vendor management, or a related commercial function, preferably within a regulated financial services organizationFamiliarity with procurement systems or toolsPrevious experience coordinating external vendor relationshipsKnowledge of compliance requirements in vendor managementThis is a hybrid position (3 days onsite, 2 days remote work)How we workWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
