Product Designer

Responsibilities: - Designing and delivering end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, from concept to final implementation. - Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and validate design solutions. - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals and user expectations. - Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure design feasibility. - Using data-driven insights and user feedback to iterate and improve product performance and user satisfaction. - Ensuring all designs are responsive, accessible, and scalable across devices and platforms. - Staying current with UX/UI trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously elevate product quality. Must-haves: - Experience as a Product Designer for 3+ years. - Proficient in Figma or other design tools. - Experience with design systems and component libraries. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills (Advocacy Design Approach). - Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above. - Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.
