Production Manager - Butchery (m/f/d)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Production Manager to help us build a sustainable and efficient supply chain that meets the highest quality and ethical standards.

Tasks

As the right hand to company leadership in all processing matters, you will play a crucial role in building and leading our entire meat production operations.

• Lead all butcheryprocessing operations, ensuring efficiency, hygiene, and sustainability.
• Define and implement production processes, including machinery requirements and workflows.
• Monitor production output and continuously improve systems to handle volume growth.
• Collaborate with leadership on business strategy, expansion planning, and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with local and EU food safety regulations and certifications.
• Drive the development of a sustainable, ethical supply chain from source to shelf.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills — ideally with experience in building or scaling processing facilities.
• Familiar with equipment and machinery for large-scale meat processing.
• Deep understanding of food hygiene, safety, and EU regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in German or English; both is a plus.
• Based in Austria or open to relocating to Vienna.
