Anforderungen
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or related Engineering field., 2–3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing (OEM/Tier 1–3), preferably in Body-in-White / Welding Shop dimensional management., Experience with dimensional control systems (CMM, measuring arms, laser-optical systems) and 2D/3D CAD, GD&T., Strong data analysis, SPC and root cause problem-solving skills., Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles., Fluent Polish and English; German is an advantage., Willingness to travel for training and knowledge sharing.
