Project Manager - Azure Data Platform Transformation (h/f)

Are you an Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Azure Data Platform transformations?emagine has an opportunity for you to support a global organisation in driving a large‑scale data platform modernisation and migration programme.As part of the transformation management team, you will help guide the transition from a legacy multi‑technology landscape toward a unified Azure‑based data platform.Key Tasks & DeliverablesDrive and coordinate the Azure Data Platform transformation programme.Support the ongoing development of a comprehensive project plan .Oversee the rebuild and migration of legacy data systems into the new Azure environment in partnership with an external Microsoft implementation partner.Ensure the delivery of robust, scalable data ingestion pipelines for both structured and unstructured datasets.Facilitate change management and adoption activities across multiple business and technical teams.Maintain project governance, stakeholder communication, timelines, and risk management.Skills & Experience10+ years’ experience in Project Management within large digital transformation programmes.Experience in Azure Data Platform programmes or modern data platform modernisation initiatives.Proven experience delivering complex data migration or data ecosystem rebuild projects.High level understanding of data ingestion, data pipelines, analytics platforms and cloud architectures.Skilled in coordination of Change Management and cross‑functional stakeholder.Strong communication in English, influencing, and leadership skills in global multicultural enterprise environments.Ability to work autonomously within collaborative virtual teams.Other DetailsThis role is remote based in Europe with potential travel to Lyon, France (1-2 times per year).
