You'll have the chance to help us use conscious branding to become a force for good, making a real difference for the environment, our employees, and society as a whole.Come and make an impact with us!What you will do:Manage cross-disciplinary complex projects in graphic, digital design and branding (such as brand identity implementation and transformation, marketing and employer branding campaigns, events, digital product design etc.)Deliver projects end-to-end: from brief and planning through execution and final deliveryTranslate high-level or ambiguous briefs into clear, structured project plansCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams including creatives, designers, strategists, technologists, producers, and external vendors Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and change requests as well as project profitabilityLead status meetings, steering meetings, and delivery reviews Proactively gather feedback and translate it into actionable improvements Generate accurate reports and status notificationsPitch fresh and innovative ideas to clientsWe look forward to working together if:You have 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Account Executive or similar (preferably in a branding, creative, advertising, marketing, communication, digital, or experience agency)You are comfortable managing diverse project types, including events, digital, technology-driven and content-based initiatives You have solid experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking You have proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex corporate environmentsYou are confident in mediating between competing interests and navigating organizational politics with professionalism You communicate clearly and calmly, even in high-pressure or ambiguous situations You take full ownership of your projects and client relationships You have experience working with international, corporate clients You are fluent in spoken and written English (C1 minimum) Our Offer:Feel Good, Do Good: Private healthcare (Luxmed), Multisport card, group life insurance (Allianz), Ask Henry - a personal assistant service to help with everyday tasksLearn & Grow: Knowledge-sharing sessions, access to e-learning platform, possibility to join mentoring program, English classesBalance That Works: Hybrid model in Kraków and Warsaw, remote work in other locations (in Poland)Be Yourself, Belong: Inclusive culture where you can be your authentic self, a team that values different perspectives and backgroundsEat, Laugh, Celebrate: Daily breakfasts and twice a week lunches in the office, occasional company events
