Project Manager – financial industry (f/m/x)

The Product Control Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of change initiatives supporting the transformation of the Product Control function, including process simplification, organisational change, and technology enhancements within Global Finance. The PM ensures projects are delivered in line with Finance Change frameworks, internal control standards, regulatory requirements, and agreed timelines, scope, and quality.The role requires strong experience in managing complex Finance and Global Markets change initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams across Product Control, Finance Change, and IT (often in distributed locations). Key responsibilities include planning and tracking delivery milestones, managing risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective communication across stakeholders, and escalating conflicting requirements or delivery risks in a timely manner.The PM must demonstrate strong governance, stakeholder management, and delivery discipline, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
