Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation for platform lifecycle and multitenant selfservices (GitOps / API / portal).
• Design and troubleshoot selfservice flows (e.g., tenant provisioning, Entra ID access setup).
• Manage release tracking, platform updates, and software dependencies.
• Create documentation and training materials for internal platform users.
• Plan and roll out new automations and selfservice features.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineers on requirements and solution design.
• Support and enhance automation infrastructure across dev/test/prod environments.
• Contribute to stable 24/7 operations and improve monitoring/alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager, OpenTelemetry).
• Support architecture evolution and ongoing platform improvements.

Our requirements

• Have experience automating platform or infrastructure operations using tools like Pulumi (Python/Go).
• Know how to build or extend developer selfservices using Backstage (React + backend APIs).
• Work confidently with DevOps pipelines and tooling: Bitbucket, Jenkins, Harbor, Argo CD.
• Can develop or integrate with platform APIs using Python and/or Java.
• Understand Kubernetes (AKS) and cloud platforms (Azure, VMware).
• Communicate clearly, collaborate well with engineering teams, and document your work effectively.
• Enjoy solving technical problems, automating manual processes, and improving platform reliability.
