Quality Development Engineer

This position is located in our Plant in Lublin and is focused to support our fuel systems projects.Responsibilities:Responsibility for all topics related to quality from RFQ to SOP for projects in Europe;Being a key reference point to quality topics in the core project team;Following the qualification and design of the product and process for serial production;Being a key point of contact for the customers;Ensure that project related quality deliverables are in line with budget and timing;Manage APQP and claims issues including negotiation with customer Profile: Master degree: mechanical, mechatronics, material engineering, industrial; 2 years professional background in automotive;Knowledge basics of ISO9001, IATF16949;Familiarity with quality tools (FMEA, 8D, statistical process control);Willingness to travel up to 20-40% depending on the project phase;Fluent English;Willingness to work onsite from Lublin (with occasional HO)Benefits:Co-financing of private medical care and life insurance with a capital fund;Subsidized sports cards;Support for language courses and meal subsidies;Extra paid day off in your birthday month;Free on-site parking
