R&D Junior/Specialist (M/K)

We are looking for two people for the following positions:

1. R&D Specialist (Test/Evaluation development),

2. R&D Junior Specialist (Test/Evaluation mass production).

Scope of duties:

* Conduct research and development of new products and technologies

* Participate in laboratory testing and production trials

* Analyzing and documenting test results

* Collaborate with production departments to implement new solutions

* Develop and update technical documentation

* Optimize existing processes and products

* Participate in company development projects

Requirements:

• *Higher or secondary technical education (preferred: quality management, production or related),

• *Ability to read technical documentation,

• *Good knowledge of MS Office,

• *Communicative level of English (required),

• *Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus,

  • *Experience in operating extruder/injection machines are welcome.

    • *People with no experience in quality but with experience in production machinery are welcome.

Until the end of March 2026, the work will be performed from a temporary office in Hnojník (Czech Republic) due to the construction of the plant in Pawłowice, which will be the final place of work from April 2026.
