Anforderungen
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations is a strong advantage, Strong service mindset and a genuine passion for working with international guests, Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken, Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, Ability to solve problems quickly and perform well under pressure, Hands-on mentality with a proactive and independent working style, Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
