Recruitment Screener

Introduction

Rentokil Initial has grown significantly in the last 5 years and we are the global leader in providing services across pest control, washroom hygiene and interior and exterior plants for businesses.

We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our in-house recruitment team on a full time, permanent basis.

Day to day your role will involve:

Reporting to the Human Resources Advisor, you will support the recruitment team by contacting applicants and taking them through an initial telephone interview. You will be required to work closely with the Recruitment Coordinator to identify a selection of potentially suitable candidates for our Sales, Service, Administration, Contact Centre and a variety of other roles.

• Shortlisting candidates and conducting telephone interviews
• Maintaining candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
• Building internal relationships with the recruitment team keeping them up to date on the candidates you have spoken to
• Maintaining data accuracy on recruitment databases
• Assist in recruitment related projects and other recruitment requirements

Requirements:

To be considered for the Recruitment Screener position you will ideally have the following;

• Customer service/office experience is desirable
• Experience talking to candidates/customers via telephone is ideal
• Great communication skills both verbal and written
• Be able to work under pressure
• Able to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
• Able to work on your own initiative
• Able to multitask
• Be a real team player – our team work closely so this is something you would embrace

We offer

Position: Recruitment Screener

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: €30,000 Per Annum, paid monthly
