Regional Category Manager with German & English

Your TasksJoining us as Regional Category Manager you will be a part of our Regional Procurement Indirects Europe located in Poznan.On the position you will be responsible for procuring indirect services and goods for European Affiliates and Production Centers driving regional project, identifying synergies and bundling potentials, defining and deploying sourcing strategy and  consulting work across the regions (e.g. process optimization, efficiencies and harmonization).Your Profile University degree Proficiency in spoken and written English and German and or Spanish At least 5  years of experience in procurement Process-orientation; strong analytical and good communication skills Good experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) System experience with SAP and WMD Persuasive and proactive character with entrepreneurial approach, strong in negotiations International mindset and strong customer focus Strategic Thinking Project Management Problem Solving Adaptability and Resilience
