Regional Finance Controller

Essential:, , - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field., - Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred., - Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial controlling, or FP&A roles., - Demonstrable experience working in a multinational or multi-entity environment., - Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and Plan-to-Actuals variance analysis in a multi-country setting., - Solid understanding of IFRS or other internationally recognized accounting standards., - Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage., - Experience working with or reporting to Chinese-headquartered organizations is highly desirable., , Technical Skills, , - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar); experience with Chinese accounting systems (e.g., Kingdee, UFIDA) is a plus., - Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with budgeting and planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar) is an advantage., - Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is desirable., Sound knowledge of local statutory and tax requirements across multiple jurisdictions., Key Competencies, , Cross-Cultural Communication - Able to bridge communication effectively between Western and Chinese business cultures., Attention to Detail - Rigorous in reviewing financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness., Stakeholder Management - Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups across multiple geographies., Process Improvement Mindset - Proactively identifies inefficiencies and drives scalable, sustainable solutions., Resilience & Adaptability - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international, and ambiguous environment., Integrity & Confidentiality - Handles sensitive financial and business information with the highest level of discretion.
