Proven and consistent experience in an HR Business Partner, with strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, Solid understanding of local labor law and HR best practices, applied pragmatically in a business context, A strong business mindset with the ability to balance people priorities and commercial objectives, High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to think both strategically and operationally, Excellent communication skills in English and Polish; Czech is an advantage, Ability to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week
