Anforderungen

🙌 What you can bring to us:, - Bachelor's degree, - 5+ to 10 years of relevant experience in Poland, - Proven track record in B2G/B2B sales, preferably with disruptive technologies (Technical sales), - Practical experience with CRM systems, - Polish and English conversational proficiency, enabling effective participation in trainings and regular communication with Head Office, - Valid Category B driving license, - Experience managing sales agent networks, - Extensive hands-on field sales experience, including direct customer engagement, - Highly organized, results-driven and customer-focused, with strong adaptability to a fast-growing company and dynamic environment, - Willingness to travel regularly within Poland, , 💫 Your Super Powers:, - Motivated by meaningful work, with a strong desire to create tangible impact, - Genuine passion for business development, combined with a hands-on mindset and willingness to engage directly in the field using a disruptive approach, - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong listening abilities and the patience to fully understand the needs of markets, prospects, partners, and customers, - Eager to contribute to an ambitious project within a fast-growing, world-leading company, as part of a motivated and dynamic team
