Regional Workflow Marketing Manager (f/m)

University degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field, 4–5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in MedTech, Healthcare, or technology-driven environments, Experience working in a multicultural, matrix-organized international company, Proven ability to translate strategy into operational execution, Strong communication skills and confidence in managing multiple stakeholders, Ability to manage complexity, set priorities, and say “no” when needed, Hands-on mentality, execution focus, and excellent organizational skills, Fluent English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus, Knowledge of dental workflows or Endo & Resto products is an advantage but not a requirement
