About UsErgy is a rapidly growing Asset Management company focused on Renewable Energy Sources ('RES') in Poland. On top of the day-to-day management of RES assets during the construction and operations phase, an important part of our business involves identifying investment targets, providing strategic advice, conducting M&A transactions, raising debt financing and selling RES energy through PPAs. Our clients include investment funds, corporates (investing in RES for their own energy needs), as well as industry investors. Our team consists of RES experts with many years of experience in investments, financing and M&A transactions.Your responsibilitiesAnalysis of comprehensive data relating to performance of wind and photovoltaic farms,Preparing reports on the operation of wind and photovoltaic farms,Reviewing schedules, status reports and other documentation of selected solar and wind farms during operation,Assisting in the planning and coordination of works at the project sites,Supporting the technical team in developing/upgrading analytical tools,Managing the technical project documentation,Supporting the technical team in managing relations with suppliers and contractors,Contacting O&M Companies regarding incidents and underperformance that have occurred at wind and photovoltaic farms,Supporting technical team in performing other duties relating to efficient management of wind and photovoltaic farms.Our requirementsStudent majoring in engineering, engineering sciences or related field,Languages: Polish and English.What we offerCompetitive compensation package,Cooperation with the biggest investors in the renewable market in Poland,Company culture focused on employees’ growth, their needs and creating value to clients,External trainings for both soft and technical skills,Partial remote work possibility.
