This highly visible role requires agility, quick thinking, and the ability to withstand rigorous data review. You'll collaborate across multiple teams to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis that informs strategic decision-making.YOUR TASKSManaging monthly reporting cycles and forecasting submissions, including P&L, Cash Flow, Capex and other required deliverables, using standardized financial templates.Preparing monthly performance overviews with clear commentary and detailed variance explanations.Delivering ad‑hoc financial insights, scenario modelling and other analytical support for various finance stakeholders.Developing and updating rolling financial projections for the current fiscal year and long-term plans.Supporting the annual budgeting process as well as ongoing strategic performance tracking and metrics evaluation.Close cooperation with the FP&A Manager.Partnering with the wider FP&A team to share best practices, streamline communication, and drive continuous improvement in reporting efficiency and automation.YOUR PROFILEMinimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, reporting, or finance roles.Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics supported by relevant certifications.Good command of English, both spoken and written.Experience with SAP and complex financial models (Excel-based).Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial results and communicate them effectively to senior stakeholders.Collaborative approach with ability to work across an organization to resolve issues.Nice to have: prior experience in FMCG/CPG; exposure to dynamic BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); training in Accounting standards (e.g., GAAP) and Power BI.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
