Rewards & People Analytics Specialist

solid understanding of HR principles, practices, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, strong analytical, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, proficiency in data analysis tools (MS Excel is a must), HR systems, and other relevant software (SAP Success Factors experience will be a strong asset), excellent English language is a must, min 2 years of similar experience (e.g. Rewards, HR controlling, HR analysis), preferably in an international matrix environment
