Your responsibilities

• Plan and design Radio Access Networks (RAN) for large-scale mobile communication networks.
• Use radio network planning tools such as HTZ and ICS Telecom to develop and optimize network designs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret drive test data, and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and present network planning solutions.
• Support the implementation of radio networks, including site surveys, RF design, and commissioning activities when required.
• Participate in technical discussions with customers and provide input for network planning strategies.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in planning Radio Access Networks (RAN) for large mobile communication networks.
• Proficiency in radio network planning tools (e.g., HTZ, ICS Telecom).
• Experience in drive test data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present solutions to project teams and customers.

Optional

• Good understanding of mobile radio technologies (3GPP 2G/3G/4G and/or ETSI TETRA).
• Experience in TETRA radio network planning and implementation.
• Practical experience with RAN implementation, including site surveys, RF design (including co-located installations), installation, and commissioning.
• Proficiency with GIS tools such as QGIS, Global Mapper, or MapInfo.
• Experience in transmission network planning, including microwave link planning and the use of PathLoss.
