The London EDITION is looking for its next Events and Room Service Server!

We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Events and Room Service Server to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.

As an Events and Room Service Server you will:

• Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service
• Excel in communication and thrive on interactions
• Serve food and beverages with passion
• Share menu knowledge and assist with recommendations and requests
• Accurately record transactions in the MICROS system
• Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies

Our most successful Events and Room Service Server is someone who has:

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role
• Previous experience in busy luxury/lifestyle hotel
• A passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests
• A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
• Enjoys working in a team
