About the project

Your responsibilities

• Continuous monitoring of the UiPath Orchestrator environment
• Logging and triaging system exceptions identified in the systems, and resolving such issues in accordance with agreed priority levels
• Ongoing monitoring of the ticketing system
• Performing root cause analysis (RCA), implementing fixes, and conducting validation in lower environments prior to deployment
• Implementing minor change requests based on assigned tasks
• Executing regression testing when required
• Updating technical documentation following any code modification or configuration change
• Participating in daily stand-up meetings with the automation team
• Collaborating with the RPA, VBA, and IT teams, and adhering to all internal procedures

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Technical proficiency in the UiPath Ecosystem (UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Studio, Document Understanding, Action Center, Insights)
• Operational and support excellence, as in experience with: incident management, RCA, ticketing systems, regression testing, and technical documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills for working alongside RPA Developers, VBA specialists, and IT Infrastructure teams
• Written and spoken fluency in the English language
• Willingness to provide coverage on Polish public holidays to ensure global business continuity
• Shift Readiness, so being able to cover the 09:00 – 21:00 CET window
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
