3+ years of experience in customer training, instructional design, or technical education., Experience delivering training in a SaaS or technology-driven environment., Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences., Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex topics into simple concepts., Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training tools., Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills., Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions.
