We are looking for you to lead various commercial, financial and operational topics that drive forward the growth of the company.

Tasks

  • Build pipeline of next 500 customers to grow >€1M revenue and beyond
  • Manage a network of contacts, customers and partners, from lead to contract to alliance
  • Develop strategy to expand to new products, segments and markets, including translating customer feedback into RnD initiatives
  • Spend time on the road, at customers, conduct tasting, represent us at events and work strategically in the office (50/50 in the beginning, transitioning to more time on the road towards the end of the year)
  • Be responsible for all communications incl. press, linkedin, instagram and customer-facing documents

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Ideally Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related
  • 1-3 years of previous work experience in business development or sales - in the food sector is a strong plus
  • A track record of selling successfully
  • Handling a high degree of ownership and self-management; being a team player
  • Fluency in German and English
